British American Tobacco Romania has exciting opportunities for Finance Global Graduates in Bucharest.

Our Finance Graduate Programme helps you to develop exceptional commercial skills - fully understanding the dynamics of the market you are operating in, and how the BAT Finance departments of Corporate and Commercial Finance (Marketing Investment and Pricing & Excise) work together to achieve outstanding business results, managing the delivery of consistent profit growth to the Group's shareholders.

Requirements

What are we looking for?

• Have a university degree or equivalent (Finance / Business Administration or similar);
• Max 3 years of relevant work and/or internship experiences;
• Have strong analytical skills;
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office pack - especially Excel and Power Point;
• Knowledge of Power BI would be an advantage;
• Possess strong intercultural competencies from international experience or personal background;
• Are internationally mobile;
• Have a positive and constructive attitude, driven and ambitious;
• Are an inspiring and engaging individual;
• Speak Romanian and English fluently;
• Have a valid driving license.
