About the Position
We’re looking for a sharp and ambitious Finance Manager to join the team at Anthill. You’ll become part of an exciting growth journey as the company transitions toward a scalable SaaS business model. You should enjoy both improving financial processes and rolling up your sleeves when needed. Including controlling, reconciliations, and ensuring high-quality financial reporting. You’ll also help drive structure, efficiency, and scalability across our finance operations as we continue to grow and evolve our business.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, takes ownership, and enjoys balancing operational tasks with strategic financial support.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure high-quality financial reporting
- Ability to drive process improvements and create scalable financial structures
- Experience working with audits, reconciliations, and compliance processes

- Experience from SaaS, technology, or CFO services is a plus
