We are looking for a Finance Manager who will become the CFO's right hand and gradually take ownership of the majority of the CFO's functions. This is a business-oriented finance role - you will be a real partner to other departments and a key voice in business decisions, not just a reporting function.

Responsibilities

• Running management reporting process
• Unit economics analysis
• Building and maintaining financial forecasts
• Participating in tax-related projects
• Gradually taking over the majority of the CFO's functions
• Working with full autonomy in managing financial processes
• Identifying and solving business problems, and optimizing processes
• Acting as a key contributor to business decision-making and influencing business metrics
• Working with multiple geographies and business models

Requirements

• 4+ years of overall experience in finance
• Experience in FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) or as a Finance Business Partner
• Solid experience in management reporting, budgeting, planning, and forecasting
• Strong Excel skills and hands-on experience building and working with financial models
• English at Intermediate level or higher, sufficient for regular verbal communication with teams in Brazil and Poland
• Strong business orientation and the ability to communicate effectively with different departments
• Structured approach, self-sufficiency, and the ability to learn quickly
• Comfortable working in a fast-changing, startup-mode environment where priorities can shift quickly
• Ability to balance a controlling function with flexibility and collaboration

Nice to Have

• Experience in a Big Four company (EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC)
• ACCA certification
• Experience in large product companies or international corporations
• Experience working with business metrics and optimizing business processes
• Negotiation skills
