About the Position
We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our team and develop and execute comprehensive business processes in the areas of accounting, reporting, and financial operations to support our company’s performance and growth objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive business processes in the areas of accounting, reporting, and financial operations to support the company’s performance and growth objectives.
- Lead the development and implementation of managerial reporting that aligns with the company’s strategic objectives. Organize and streamline reporting and analysis of company performance, providing actionable insights to drive optimization.
- Lead the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts for executive management and potential investors.
- Oversee fiscal reporting and compliance in the countries of operations (currently UK).
- Manage relations with banks, financial and professional services providers, fintechs, and cloud services.
- Organize budgeting, financial planning, and controlling processes to align with organizational goals.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to executive management.
- Manage financial risk, compliance, and internal controls.
- Direct reporting to CEO and opportunity for growth to CFO position.
Requirements
- Background in Big4 would be a plus.
- Proven experience in a financial role within an international IT company.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and industry best practices.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Working proficiency in written and spoken English.
