Finance Manager/Accounting Manager

About the Position

We are seeking a Finance Manager/Accounting Manager with experience in leading an accounting team to join our global team in Tuas, Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Support the Financial Controller in maintaining accurate financial records, effective internal controls, timely reporting, and compliance with statutory and group requirements.
• Act as the operational lead for the monthly closing process, accounting activities, audit support, financial schedules, and day-to-day coordination of the Finance team.
• Review work prepared by Finance team members, resolve accounting and control issues, and escalate significant matters to the Financial Controller.
• Strengthen backup coverage and succession capability across accounting, reporting, tax, treasury, costing, and finance operations.
• Ensure accounting records and supporting documentation are complete, accurate, and retained in accordance with company requirements.
• Support the preparation and finalisation of annual financial statements and statutory accounts.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or similar Accounting & Finance qualifications
• CPA, ACCA, or related qualification is an advantage
• Experience in leading an accounting team, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of SAP S4 is an advantage
