About the Company
QATestLab is an international independent software testing provider with over 20 years of experience delivering QA support to companies across various industries. Our expertise covers e-commerce, banking, healthcare, gaming, media, and telecommunications. We provide manual and automated testing services for web, desktop, mobile, and cloud applications.
We are expanding our finance department and are open to collaborating with a Finance Specialist. We are seeking a specialist who works carefully with data, responsibly manages operational processes, and not only completes tasks but also actively contributes to improving reporting and financial processes.
Responsibilities

Organize and manage accounting for FOPs on the Single Tax system:
- Control FOP registration and support their operations
- Ensure document flow (invoices, reconciliation acts, calculations, tax payments)
- Submit reports and close (liquidate) FOP accounts
- Oversee FOP account openings and communicate with banks (if needed)
- Support FOPs in obtaining electronic digital signatures (EDS)
- Calculate taxes and fees for FOPs, monitor deadlines for their payment
- Keep FOP procedures up-to-date in accordance with legislative changes

Perform management accounting functions:
- Calculate FOP remuneration, including bonus accruals according to corporate bonus programs
- Monitor the existence/compliance of client agreements and payment terms (invoices)
- Track work with contractors (reconciliation, communication, receivables)
- Use personalized company accounting systems and BAS
- Prepare internal corporate reports for management accounting

Process development and improvement:
- Participate in the development of BAS and the improvement of internal accounting processes
- Take part in project tasks related to automation, report enhancement, and business process improvement using modern technologies, including AI.
Requirements
- Hold a higher education degree in Economics (Accounting and Audit, Finance, Economics)
- Have at least 2 years of experience as an accountant/financial specialist, including at least 1 year of full support for FOPs in Group 3 under the Single Tax system
- Have experience managing a portfolio of 40+ FOP clients simultaneously
- Be familiar with working in the Electronic Cabinet of the Taxpayer and willing to work within the “Taxer” system
- Have experience managing primary documentation (invoices, acts, etc.)
- Understand the payroll calculation process and related tax principles
- Have experience working with contractors and maintaining client/project cards
- Be able to work with large volumes of data in Google Sheets / Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data control
- Have a basic understanding of management reports and financial indicators, including P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, revenue, and gross margin
- Have experience with or be ready to adapt to corporate accounting systems and management tools quickly
- Be proficient in English at A2 (Elementary/Pre-Intermediate) level.
