About the Position
We are seeking a Financial Analyst (FP&A) to join our Finance team and support operational and strategic decision-making processes through financial modeling, analytics, and fostering finance business partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a financial advisor to business stakeholders by assessing ROI and building investment cases for decisions across the Go-To-Market strategy, procurement, automation, and headcount - and review calculations prepared by other business functions
- Contribute to building methodologies for operational efficiency metrics for other business functions, provide insights, and identify opportunities for improvement
- Maintain, update, and further develop one of the existing long-term financial models, ensuring data accuracy and relevance
- Build new financial models to support strategic and operational decision-making
- Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses, reports, and insights for the executive leadership team and other stakeholders
- Act as a financial advisor/partner for internal teams, explaining financial concepts in a clear and practical way
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives requiring financial expertise and structured analytical thinking
- Support continuous improvement of financial processes, tools, and analytical approaches using AI and other automation tools
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, consulting, valuation, or similar analytical roles
- Hands-on experience with financial modeling (maintaining existing models and building new ones)
- Ability to independently build, challenge, and validate business cases and ROI calculations prepared by other teams
- Strong communication skills and confidence partnering with cross-functional stakeholders
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Experience working in dynamic, non-routine environments
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with senior stakeholders
- Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher - sufficient for written and verbal communication with international teams and executives
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and structured problem-solving skills
- High level of flexibility, adaptability, and ownership
- A proactive, curious mindset
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B SaaS, tech, telecom industry, consulting, or Big 4 companies
- Knowledge of key SaaS metrics and specifics of the SaaS business
- Interest or experience with AI and automation tools applied in financial analytics, modeling, and reporting workflows
