About the Position
We are seeking a Financial Analyst with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate has excellent analytical skills and an outstanding work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Prepare regular financial reports (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) and dashboards for senior management to provide valuable insights into the financial performance of portfolio projects and companies
- Create financial models to assess the potential impact of M&A transactions on the company’s financial statements
- Contribute to the valuation of portfolio projects and companies using various methodologies such as discounted cash flow (DCF), multiple analysis
- Communicate financial information to key stakeholders and investors
- Assess the potential synergies between portfolio projects and companies and the existing business
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives
Requirements
- Strong academic credentials in finance, economics - Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree
- CFA is a plus
- Deep understanding of financial reporting and analysis
- Experience in evaluating companies from the IT / Financial sectors, IP due diligence
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and handle the dynamic environment
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel
- Above-average proficiency in English
- Previous work experience of between 2-3 years
