Responsibilities
As a Financial Analyst (m/w/d), you will be part of our Finance team and significantly contribute to financial transparency and strategic communication with management, investors, and potential capital providers.
Your tasks include:
- Creating and analyzing financial metrics, forecasts, and scenarios to support management decisions
- Preparing corporate and financial information for the board of directors, investors, banks, analysts, and internal stakeholders
- Contributing to the preparation of the consolidated management report and quarterly reports in German and English
- Conducting market and competitive analyses, peer benchmarking, and monitoring market trends
- Collaborating closely with Accounting, Controlling, auditors, and external consultants
- Assisting with tender procedures and Know Your Customer requests
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree in Business, Finance, Controlling, or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in Financial Analysis, Corporate Finance, or Investor Relations, preferably in the environment of high-growth or international companies
- Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of business models and company valuations
- Solid financial understanding with IFRS knowledge
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills (with think-cell), SAP experience is a plus
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
- Team-oriented, structured, and solution-oriented working style
