About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Finance & Operations Manager to support and enhance our operational and financial functions. In this role, you will work closely with the COO and CFO, taking responsibility for key operational processes, cross-functional coordination, and process automation across the group.

Responsibilities

Participate in the group-wide consolidation preparation project.
Support the COO in managing the operational agenda across the group: coordination, follow up on decisions, and development of internal regulations and processes.
Lead or participate in process automation projects across departments.
Ensure alignment and efficiency of financial and operational workflows across group companies.
Support the CFO with tasks related to management reporting, data structure, and financial analysis when required.

Requirements

2–3+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Controlling, or Audit.
Experience with groups of companies is a strong advantage.
Solid understanding of management reporting; experience with consolidation or preparation of consolidation packages is desirable.
Strong command of Excel (financial models, data structuring, advanced functions).
High level of accuracy, systems thinking, and strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
