Financial Controller (all genders)

Responsibilities
- Responsibility for all controlling-relevant topics in the Parkhotel Düsseldorf
- Preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Budget planning and forecasting
- Monitoring cost and revenue development in hotel operations
- Supporting the management in financial decisions and reporting
- Ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Optimizing controlling processes and key performance indicators
- Leadership responsibility for a small team
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Controlling (preferably)
- Several years of experience in controlling, ideally in the hospitality industry
- Proficient in MS Excel and common ERP systems
- Analytical mindset and strong numerical skills
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work approach
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
