About the Position
We are seeking a Financial Analyst/Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial analysis, auditing, and working with international companies or 'big 4' firms. Proficiency in 1C, Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), and knowledge of IFRS standards are essential. English proficiency is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Prepare periodic management reports (sales, accounts receivable, P&L, and other reports as requested by management).
- Perform profitability calculations for new projects/business areas.
- Participate in the development of the annual budget for individual projects/areas of activity.
- Collect and process primary information on actual revenues/expenses of individual projects/areas of activity on a monthly basis.
- Investigate the reasons for deviations of actual results from budgeted ones (plan/actual analysis).
- Update the annual budget for individual projects/business areas on a quarterly basis.
- Participate in the development of internal policies and procedures governing the activities of individual projects/business areas (tender, financial policies, etc.).
- Participate in the annual financial audit of individual projects/areas of activity, as necessary.
- Participate in the implementation of the tender policy for individual projects/business areas, as necessary.
- Participate in the approval of payments (planned and urgent).
Requirements
- Experience as a financial analyst/financial manager.
- Experience working in auditing, international companies, or 'big 4' companies.
- PC skills: 1C, confident user of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Knowledge of key financial indicators.
- Knowledge of key financial reporting forms.
- Knowledge of English (would be an advantage).
- Knowledge of the basics of IFRS standards.

Additional Information
Working hours: Mon-Fri (9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.).
Trial period: 3 months.
