About the Position
We are seeking a Financial Controller to join our team in Voluntari, București, for financial analysis, cost management, and reporting. This role is partially remote and requires a hardworking, analytical individual who will be part of the financial and accounting department, interacting closely with the company's operational teams. The main objectives will be: financial analysis of ongoing contracts, cost management, and providing precise reports.
Responsibilities
- Financial analysis of projects carried out by the company.
- Monitoring costs and adjustments for ongoing contracts.
- Budget and financial performance monitoring.
- Preparation of financial reports.
- Close collaboration with the company's operational departments.
Ideal Candidate
Education and Experience
- Higher education in economics.
- Solid knowledge of accounting and financial-accounting legislation.
- Financial analysis skills.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, data analysis, financial reporting, audit, ideally in the construction/installation sector.
