About the Position

We are seeking a Financial Data Specialist to join our team in Poland. This role is fully remote, offering a friendly environment and the opportunity to work with a multinational team. Our processes are clear and well-defined, making this an excellent opportunity for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Extract data from ERP and other corporate systems in accordance with established procedures.
  • Prepare and transform data for further use in FP&A processes in line with internal rules and templates.
  • Check the completeness, accuracy, and consistency of data before transferring it to the Senior FP&A Manager.
  • Identify and resolve data issues such as duplicates, missing values, incorrect classifications, and discrepancies across sources.
  • Reconcile data between ERP, QlikView, and other sources, and monitor the resolution of identified discrepancies.
  • Prepare standard extracts and Excel working files for budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes.
  • Maintain the accuracy of reference data and other master data within the scope of responsibility.
  • Follow internal procedures, instructions, and checklists for financial data processing.
  • Coordinate with company departments regarding the accuracy and completeness of source data.

Requirements

  • Must-have

    • Higher education or incomplete higher education in finance, economics, accounting, business informatics, or a related field
    • Confident knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, filtering, pivot tables, and working with large data sets
    • Strong attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility
    • Ability to work with large volumes of information and meet deadlines
  • Is a plus

    • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, 1C, and others
    • Experience preparing data for financial reporting or FP&A
    • Experience with QlikView, Power BI, or other BI tools
    • Basic understanding of budgeting, management reporting, and financial planning processes
    • English language skills for working with corporate systems and documentation
