The Fourth Law (Четвертий Закон) - a leading Ukrainian manufacturer of drone autonomy technologies. Our solutions are codified to NATO standards and are used by more than 50 units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine and 20+ drone manufacturers. Our products bear the names of Ukrainian figures of the Executed Renaissance and the Sixtiers - Vasyl Stus, Olena Teliha, Mykola Zerov, and Anatolii Lupynos.

Role mission: To ensure the financial soundness of the company’s investment decisions through high-quality financial modeling, project performance analysis, and budget execution control.

Responsibilities

• Developing and updating financial models for investment projects
• Calculating key investment metrics (NPV, IRR, ROI, PBP)
• Conducting scenario analysis and assessing the financial risks of projects
• Monitoring the execution of investment project budgets and analyzing variances
• Participating in the preparation of management reporting (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet)
• Preparing financial reports, presentations, and investment models for management

Requirements

• Higher education in finance, economics, accounting, or economic cybernetics
• 3+ years of experience as a financial manager, controller, or investment analyst
• In-depth knowledge of financial modeling and investment analysis principles
• Expert-level proficiency in MS Excel (complex formulas, financial modeling, pivot tables)
• Experience with ERP systems and BI tools
• Understanding of the relationships between the three main financial statements and experience building them
• Strong analytical abilities and systems thinking
