About the Position

We are looking for a Financial Manager to join our fast-growing business group. This role offers an exciting and challenging opportunity to be part of a multicultural team of top professionals in various fields such as Development, Architecture, Management, Operations, Marketing, Legal, and Finance.

Locations: Armenia, Cyprus, Poland, Ukraine

Type: Hybrid

Responsibilities

  • Financial planning and budgeting
  • Monitoring and analyzing accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Collaborating with accounting, finance, and other departments on payroll, accrual, and payment-related matters
  • Reviewing the accuracy of financial transactions and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures
  • Providing financial guidance to employees and management regarding expenses, compensation, and related financial matters
  • Preparing regular reports, analytical summaries, and financial documentation
  • Using 1C ERP for payroll processing and payroll administration
  • Utilizing Excel (formulas, PivotTables, Power Query) and other financial and analytical tools for data analysis and reporting
  • Working with corporate systems and tools such as Slack, Google Drive, Gmail, Jira, Odoo, and other ERP/CRM platforms
  • Participating in projects aimed at optimizing payroll processes and automating HR and financial operations
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of employees’ personal data and financial information

Requirements

  • Experience in financial analysis, payroll calculation, compensation, and benefits
  • Knowledge of HR processes
  • Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and accounting software (1C ERP)
  • Strong data analysis and database management skills
  • Experience working with large volumes of information
  • Proficient in task management tools (Jira, CRM systems)

Nice to Have

  • Experience in process automation
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient in English (B2 level and above)
