About the Position
We are looking for a Financial Manager to join our fast-growing business group. This role offers an exciting and challenging opportunity to be part of a multicultural team of top professionals in various fields such as Development, Architecture, Management, Operations, Marketing, Legal, and Finance.

Responsibilities
- Financial planning and budgeting
- Monitoring and analyzing accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Collaborating with accounting, finance, and other departments on payroll, accrual, and payment-related matters
- Reviewing the accuracy of financial transactions and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures
- Providing financial guidance to employees and management regarding expenses, compensation, and related financial matters
- Preparing regular reports, analytical summaries, and financial documentation
- Using 1C ERP for payroll processing and payroll administration
- Utilizing Excel (formulas, PivotTables, Power Query) and other financial and analytical tools for data analysis and reporting
- Working with corporate systems and tools such as Slack, Google Drive, Gmail, Jira, Odoo, and other ERP/CRM platforms
- Participating in projects aimed at optimizing payroll processes and automating HR and financial operations
- Maintaining the confidentiality of employees’ personal data and financial information
Requirements
- Experience in financial analysis, payroll calculation, compensation, and benefits
- Knowledge of HR processes
- Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and accounting software (1C ERP)
- Strong data analysis and database management skills
- Experience working with large volumes of information
- Proficient in task management tools (Jira, CRM systems)
Nice to Have
- Experience in process automation
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in English (B2 level and above)
