About the Position

Financial Manager Worldwide

SharksCode is a Ukrainian IT company specializing in the development of high-tech software solutions and platforms in the B2B sector, particularly in the iGaming industry. We are looking for a Financial Manager who can set up processes from scratch, is a fully independent specialist, and will become a reliable business partner for our CFO in making strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Planning, organization, and setting up the effective work of the financial function for international projects.
• Financial management and reporting: forming management reports (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet), controlling and optimizing financial flows.
• Financial analysis for the business: forecasting, budgeting, and preparing structured reports for the CFO.
• Supporting and undergoing compliance procedures in international markets in collaboration with the legal department.
• Working with international banks and payment systems (PSP), controlling the documentary support of transactions.
• Preparing financial documentation and undergoing external and internal audits.

Requirements

• Experience of 3+ years as a Financial Manager or Lead of Finance in international jurisdictions.
• Deep expertise in the field of finance: management and accounting, financial analysis.
• Practical experience in legal foreign markets.
• English language level - B2 or higher.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Power BI.
• Understanding of the principles of international payment systems and the specifics of passing bank checks.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, responsibility, and autonomy.
