About the Position

DXC Luxoft is seeking a Financial Partner to join our Finance Planning & Analysis team in Ukraine. This role is remote and requires excellent analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office programs.

Responsibilities

Budgeting and Forecasting: Regularly prepare budgets and forecasts by profit/cost centers.
Analysis and Reporting: Analyze deviations, investigate causes, and provide meaningful comments.
Model Preparation: Develop financial/statistical/analytical models and present them to stakeholders.
Ad-hoc Analysis: Conduct various financial analyses such as what-if analysis, FX, tax, and market risk impact analysis.
Consulting: Provide financial consulting to stakeholders.
System Support: Continuously support internal systems with financial data.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor+ degree in Economics, Banking, Finance, or related science.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in Finance, Controlling, preferably in an international company.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Advanced MS Office user (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Attention to details, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong Excel skills.

Nice to Have

Ability to work without supervision, under pressure of deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Big4 experience.
VBA skills.

Languages

Ukrainian: C2 Proficient
English: B2 Upper Intermediate
