Financial Partner

About the Position

We are seeking a Financial Partner with 3+ years of experience in Finance and Controlling for our team in Kyiv, Ukraine. The role involves participation in global Financial Forecast automation projects and communication with various company streams.

Responsibilities

• Active participation in global Financial Forecast automation project: collection of requirements, communication with different stakeholders, development teams, etc.
• Taking part in other central projects related to Financial Business Partners Organization and the whole company.
• Communication with different streams (Internal development team, Project Management Officers, Billing and Invoicing specialists, Contracting, Delivery, Revenue Control, etc.).
• Internal guidelines preparation.
• Conducting and organizing trainings for Financial Business Partners and other streams.
• Financial Analytics preparation for different requests.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Finance, Controlling preferably in IT outsourcing company.
• Knowledge and practical experience in Management Accounting (Financial Budgeting, Forecasting).
• Knowledge of Financial Accounting.
• Participation in the internal automation and improvements projects.
• Excellent presentation, communication (oral & written), and relationship building skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work efficiently without supervision.
• Advanced MS Office user (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• English - Upper Intermediate.

Nice to Have

• Financial Certification: completed or in progress (ACCA, CFA, CIMA, etc.).
• Working experience with Tableau, Jira, Confluence, VBA.
• Leadership, goal-oriented, analytical mindset, excellent time management.

Languages

• Ukrainian: C1 Advanced
• English: B2 Upper Intermediate
