Financial Service Consultant for Dynamics 365

At delaware, our Managed Services team ensures that our customers’ ERP environments remain stable, optimized, and future-proof long after go-live.

We are looking for an experienced Financial Consultant who thrives in complex live environments and enjoys taking ownership of long-term customer relationships.

This is not an implementation role.

This is about continuity, optimization, and advisory within mature Dynamics 365 FSCM landscapes.

Responsibilities

As a (Senior) Consultant within Managed Services, you act as the financial expert for your customers.

You combine deep process knowledge with system expertise to ensure financial operations run smoothly, especially during critical periods such as month-end closing and statutory reporting.

You will:

• Act as a trusted advisor to your customers
• Take ownership of one or multiple customer environments
• Analyze and resolve financial process challenges
• Perform root cause analysis on incidents
• Proactively identify and design optimization opportunities
• Coordinate with technical colleagues on integrations, change requests, and updates
• Provide functional guidance and targeted training
• Coach medior/junior consultants within the service team

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (Finance) as a consultant, key user, or end user
• Fluent communication skills in English, combined with Dutch or French
• Strong analytical mindset
• Customer-focused with the ability to build strong relationships with finance stakeholders
• Proactive with a tendency to take initiative in solving challenges
