About the Position

Financial Specialist

We are seeking a Financial Specialist with 2+ years of experience in a similar role to join our team in Kyiv, Ukraine. You will be responsible for managing financial transactions, working with banks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Робота з Інтернет – Клієнт Банком (Проведення розрахунків з контрагентами, Завантаження та проведення зарплатних відомостей, сплата податкових платежів, здійснення купівлі/продажу іноземної валюти, Забезпечення безперебійної роботи ІКБ, продовження/отримання сертифікатів, довідок, ключів тощо);
• Робота з Cash Flow (Щоденне відображення всіх операцій, Погодження плану платежів на щотижневій основі; Щоденний імпорт рахунків покупки/продажу в Cash Flow, Актуалізація термінів оплат та надходження коштів);
• Робота з первинними документами в Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (створення та перевірка коректності, первинних документів).

Requirements

• Досвід роботи на аналогічній посаді від двох років;
• Повна вища фінансово-економічна освіта;
• Досвід роботи з програмами ведення обліку на підприємствах (1С Бухгалтерія, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central тощо);
• Навички роботи з українськими та закордонними банками;
• Володіння Microsoft 365 (просунуте володіння Excel);
• Уважність до деталей, вміння працювати в режимі багатозадачності, швидкий аналіз інформації, самостійність у прийнятті рішень.

Nice to Have

• Володіння англійською мовою на рівні B1 та вище.
