About the Position

BRDO is an independent expert and analytical center that develops and implements state policies and reforms. We are looking for a Financial Director / CFO who will be responsible for the strategic and operational financial management of the organization: from budgeting and forecasting to donor reporting, treasury, and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting, financial planning, plan–fact, forecast.
• Management accounting and management reporting.
• Treasury: cash-flow, payment calendar, payment approvals.
• Donor reporting, interaction with auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Financial policies, procedures, and automation of financial processes.

Requirements

• Higher education in finance / accounting / economics.
• Experience as a CFO or chief accountant for at least 5 years.
• In-depth knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, financial control, and reporting.
• Practical experience with IFRS.
• Experience in treasury (cash-flow management) and audits.
• Ability to work with donors and complex multi-project structures is a significant advantage.
