Responsibilities

As a Finanzberater, you will actively contribute to the development and growth of our company. Your tasks are diverse and lie at the core of digital customer support:

• Independent and comprehensive digital investment advice for our customers.
• Building long-term and trusting customer relationships through proactive information exchange.
• Financial planning for our customers.
• Strategic support of our customers through the dynamic phases of the capital market and development of a successful wealth strategy.
• Cross-departmental collaboration to optimize existing processes and implement ideas to increase customer satisfaction.
• Administrative support in all relevant issues within the scope of customer relationships.

Requirements

We are looking for a person who combines a passion for investments, capital markets, and customer service with a digital affinity.

• Qualification: Authorization under §34f GewO for financial investment mediation (Desired but not necessary: §34d GewO for insurance mediation).
• Experience: Relevant experience in customer support or advice, private banking, wealth management, or financial and insurance advice at a bank, financial service provider, or insurance broker.
• Knowledge: Solid financial and capital market knowledge and understanding of insurance products, financial products, and holistic portfolio construction.
• Skills: You are characterized by independence, a pronounced hands-on mentality, and excellent analytical and communicative skills.
• Personality: You are contact-oriented and have a high team spirit.
• Motivation: You are motivated to actively develop digital processes and thereby create concrete added value.
• Languages: You speak German at a native level and have good English skills in speech and writing.
