About the Position

Ranger International, a leading outsourcing service provider for B2C and B2B sales and services in Europe, is looking for a Finanzbuchhalter with a focus on annual financial statements. Join our team and contribute to the comprehensive accounting support of our business partners and sales representatives across Germany.

Responsibilities

• You will take over the comprehensive accounting support of our business partners/sales representatives operating nationwide for the Ranger Group.
• You will prepare annual financial statements according to HGB and, if applicable, tax law and work closely with tax advisors and auditors.
• You will record, reconcile, and analyze asset accounts, travel expenses, and payroll accounts to ensure a clean, transparent data record.
• You will create provisions and accruals and monitor their proper resolution.
• You will prepare the fixed asset register and manage inventory with a high degree of accuracy and traceability.
• You will actively participate in the optimization and development of internal processes and design efficient accounting procedures.

Requirements

• A successfully completed apprenticeship as a tax assistant or office clerk or several years of professional experience in financial accounting forms the basis for your success.
• Further education as a Bilanzbuchhalter is desirable and underscores your professional expertise.
• Analytical skills, a strong understanding of numbers, and a deep understanding of accounting relationships characterize you.
• A confident demeanor in dealing with clients, tax authorities, and agencies gives you confidence even in challenging situations.
• A structured, independent working style combined with a high quality standard, attention to detail, and a positive, humorous nature.
• Team spirit, strong communication skills, and solid knowledge of MS Office are a matter of course for you; ideally, you have experience with the accounting software Addison.
