Responsibilities
- Converse with the model on language scenarios
- Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness
- Capture reproducible error traces
- Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge in Finnish grammar, syntax, morphology, spelling, phonology, and pragmatics
- Experience in challenging language models on topics like verb conjugation, case inflection, vowel harmony, sentence structure, formal and informal language, regional variations, and the nuances of the Finnish writing system
- A master’s or PhD in Finnish language, linguistics, or a closely related field is ideal; peer-reviewed publications, teaching experience, or hands-on linguistic analysis projects are a plus
- Clear, metacognitive communication-“showing your work”-is essential
We Offer
- Pay range of $8 to $65 per hour, with the exact rate determined after evaluating your experience, expertise, and geographic location
About the Company
