Responsibilities
- Converse with the model on language scenarios
- Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness
- Capture reproducible error traces
- Suggest improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
Requirements
- Native proficiency in Finnish
- Master’s or PhD in Finnish language, linguistics, or a closely related field
- Peer-reviewed publications, teaching experience, or hands-on linguistic analysis projects
- Clear, metacognitive communication
Nice to Have
- Experience with advanced language models
- Knowledge of verb conjugation, case inflection, vowel harmony, and sentence structure

- Pay range of $8 to $65 per hour
