Responsibilities
- Case handling in our own systems as well as our customers' systems
- Continuous improvement and development of our case management process
- Customer contact via various channels such as telephone and SMS
- Develop and maintain the department's routines
- Collaborating in cross-functional teams
- Testing of new solutions
- Relax! You will be trained in our Internal Academy :)
Requirements
- Fluent in Finnish and English
- Well-organized personal finances (credit check required)
- Positive, proactive, and eager to take on new challenges
- Strong work ethic and initiative
- Committed to high-quality results
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills
- Works well independently and collaboratively as part of a team
