FinOps Consultant
Join Inetum as a FinOps Consultant to drive cloud financial management practices and optimize cloud usage for our product families.

Responsibilities
- Drive FinOps activities for a product family within the Central FinOps team.
- Offer consulting and controlling of FinOps practices and activities, including reporting, consulting, and implementing FinOps practices.
- Establish and manage cloud financial management practices, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
- Define and implement financial policies and controls for cloud operations.
- Monitor and report on cloud usage, costs, and performance.
- Collaborate with Product teams and technical teams to optimize cloud usage without compromising reliability or performance.
- Design and run a holistic FinOps framework to drive multi-domain governance, focusing on innovation, effective decision processes, efficiency leverage, and usage optimization.
- Propagate best practices in cloud financial management across the Department stakeholders.
Requirements

Expertise:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Hands-on expertise in Cloud operations and/or financial management, with familiarity with cloud-based architectures, cloud provider tools, financial and systems for budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
- Expertise in IT asset management or cost accounting is a plus.

Technical Expertise:
- Certifications from Cloud providers such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure.
- Solid expertise of cloud-based application architectures.
- Solid mastery of cloud-related data, technical and financial, relating to the analysis and optimization of cloud usage, and management and allocation of cloud resources, and troubleshooting operational issues.
- Expertise of financial systems and tools for budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
