FinTech Client #1 | Technical Product Manager

About the Position

On behalf of FinTech Client #1, SD Solutions is looking for a talented Technical Product Manager (Demo Engineer) to step onto a fintech unicorn rocketship!

As our first Technical Product Manager (Demo Engineer), you'll be an integral part of our Solution Consulting team, with a strong partnership with our product and product marketing teams. In this role, you will define and execute the strategy for Tipalti product-focused growth initiatives, including configuration and tooling for our demo environment, product templates, documentation, and more. You will ensure that Solution Consultants and Sales can continue to showcase all of Tipalti’s value while also pushing our product to drive more adoption and awareness of product features and modules. Working at the intersection of product and sales, this role will require you to work with product teams extremely closely.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization such as in product, design, sales, and marketing to design and build demos of Tipalti’s newest products
• Support the design, development, and maintenance of new and existing product demos as well as have a deep understanding of product changes and impacts on the demos to continuously upgrade them.
• Lead the configuration and rollout of features in Tipalti’s demo environment and partner with sales and marketing to update talk tracks.
• Drive Tipalti’s demo tools & strategy, including how the product can be used to educate our prospects and customers through the buyer journey.
• Support the creation of demo documentation, such as quick start and troubleshooting guides
• Provide domain expertise and insights to craft well-articulated stories and narratives for sales

Requirements

• 4+ years of demo engineering, product, or presales experience in a growth-focused role in SaaS or consumer technology.
• Experience working with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to launch software products.
• Strong written and oral communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and re-prioritize.
• Experience with Consensus, Saleo, and Vendict is a plus.
• Attention to detail and ability to quickly grasp complex business processes and industry knowledge.
• Familiar with common design tools like Figma.
• Is a well-rounded engineer with strong product sense, communication, and storytelling skills and has an eye for design.

Nice to Have

• Experience with the administration of ERP, workflow, or procurement technologies like Netsuite, Coupa, Ariba, or Contract Lifecycle Management tools
