Flight Operations Team Member

About the Position

Ready to change the world? One Way Aerospace is rebooting the arsenal of democracy by providing long-range, precision strike drones mass-produced in Ukraine. We are looking for a Flight Operations Team Member to join our team and be part of this mission.

Responsibilities

• Daily operations from a One Way Aerospace hub, including checks and aircraft preparation, flight execution, and recovery.
• Responsibility for knowledge transfer when working alongside international team members.
• Opportunities to work abroad in the EMEA region, working with locals to kick off flight operations and build local capacity.

Requirements

• Exposure to aviation or engineering fields.
• A relevant Bachelor’s degree/diploma.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Ideal candidate has a Remote Pilots Licence or Flight experience (RPL/PPL/CPL), and a STEM Degree.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in hot, humid, and cold outdoor environments.
• Ability to cooperate with diverse groups of people, including those with language barriers.
