  • Collect, analyze, and communicate test data to engineering teams with clear recommendations
  • Troubleshoot technical issues across hardware and software in field conditions
  • Work closely with software, hardware, and systems engineers to drive rapid iteration
  • Support customer demonstrations and operational deployments when required

    • Valid drone operator certification A1/A2/A3, STS 1 & STS 2 (or willingness to achieve quickly)
    • Hands-on experience with system testing, integration, or validation
    • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues under time pressure
    • Comfortable working in demanding outdoor and field environments (long test days, variable conditions)
    • Willingness to travel frequently for testing and deployments
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Secondary Skills:

    • Experience with RF systems, EO/IR payloads, or electronic warfare is a strong plus
    • Military background would be a plus
    • Aviation background like PPL, CPL, etc. would be a plus
    • Proficiency in English. Fluency in German will be considered an advantage.
