Responsibilities
- Monitor team performance: Ensure KPIs and expectations are met.
- Collaborate with operations: Ensure success of team and operations.
- Manage projects and deadlines: Oversee smooth operations.
- Supervise and coach team: Provide support and motivation.
- Maintain time and attendance: Keep track of employee records.
- Handle employee relations: Address disciplinary cases and other issues.
Requirements
- 1 - 2 years of experience as a supervisor or in a related field.
- Technically proficient.
- High level of organization.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Experience as a game presenter or shuffler is preferred but not required.
