Floor Supervisor
Location: Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities
- Supervising and coordinating the activities of production and operating staff such as croupiers and shufflers.
- Offering support in implementing all internal procedures, under the supervision of the Shift Manager on duty.
Requirements
- Work experience: at least 1-year experience as a Croupier in the Live Casino Industry.
- Multiple game knowledge is a plus.
- Seniority within the company: at least 12 months.
- Excellent knowledge of internal procedures and regulations.
- Over 95% evaluations in the last 6 months without disciplinary measures.
- Great attendance score.
- Written and verbal communication skills in Romanian/English (any other foreign language is a plus).
- Communication and presentation skills.
- Patience and understanding when working with people.
- PC skills (Operating PC, Microsoft Office).
