We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Floor Supervisor to oversee the smooth operation of our studio in São Paulo. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring game integrity, supervising game presenters and shufflers, and maintaining high operational and appearance standards. You will also collaborate closely with multiple teams to uphold our company's quality and performance expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Incident Resolution: Quickly identify and resolve any game or staff-related incidents to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster effective communication and teamwork with the Floor Supervisors Team, OCR Team, Workforce team, and other departments.
  • Operational Monitoring: Ensure the operational quality and safety of the studio, inspecting equipment and identifying any potential issues.
  • Staff Supervision: Conduct regular checks to ensure that dealers and shufflers are present during their designated shifts and maintain accurate attendance records.
  • Appearance Standards: Monitor and assess the appearance of staff members, ensuring adherence to the established dress code.
  • Game Supervision: Oversee game presenters’ and shufflers’ activities, ensuring smooth game rotations and adherence to company standards.

Requirements

  • Industry Experience: 1 year experience as a Croupier in the Live Casino industry is a plus.
  • Multiple game knowledge is a plus.
  • Written and verbal communications skills in Portuguese/English (other foreign language is a plus).

  • Advanced PC skills (Office 365).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Conflict management abilities.
  • Very good time management skills.
  • Language Skills: Advanced English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
  • Flexibility: Availability to work shifts.
