About the Position
Floor Supervisor
Join Evolution, the world's leading online casino, as a Floor Supervisor to oversee gaming floor operations and ensure smooth performance.
Responsibilities
- Monitor team performance, ensure KPIs and expectations are met
- Work with operations to ensure success of team and operations
- Manage projects and deadlines
- Manage, supervise, coach and motivate team
- Time and attendance maintenance of employees
- Handle employee relations within the team, including disciplinary cases
Requirements
- 1 - 2 years of experience as a supervisor or in related field
- Experience as a game presenter or shuffler preferred but not required
- Technically proficient
- High level of organization
- Ability to work flexible hours
