Floor Supervisor (Online Casino)

About the Position

We are hiring a Floor Supervisor (Online Casino) for our team in Southfield, MI, United States. This is a full-time position where you will have complete oversight of the gaming floor during your assigned shift. Your role will involve monitoring the operations of the floor, ensuring tables are running smoothly without error, and providing supervisory support to team members.

Responsibilities

• Monitor team performance, ensure KPIs and expectations are met
• Work with operations to ensure success of team and operations
• Manage projects and deadlines
• Manage, supervise, coach, and motivate team
• Maintain time and attendance of employees
• Handle employee relations within the team, including disciplinary cases

Requirements

• 1 - 2 years of experience as a supervisor or in a related field
• Experience as a game presenter or shuffler preferred but not required
• Technically proficient
• High level of organization
• Ability to work flexible hours
