About the Position
We are hiring a Floor Supervisor (Online Gaming) for our team in Atlantic City, NJ, United States. This is a full-time position where you will have complete oversight of the gaming floor during your assigned shift.
Responsibilities
- Monitor team performance, ensure KPIs and expectations are met
- Work with operations to ensure success of team and operations
- Manage projects and deadlines
- Manage, supervise, coach, and motivate team
- Time and attendance maintenance of employees
- Handle employee relations within the team, including disciplinary cases
Requirements
- 1 - 2 years of experience as a supervisor or in a related field
- Experience as a game presenter or shuffler preferred but not required
- Technically proficient
- High level of organization
- Ability to work flexible hours
