About the Position

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Flutter Scrum Master to join our client in Lisbon, Portugal. If your aim is to work within a team to find new solutions and where your opinion matters, we have just the right project for you! This is a remote position.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate a software development team
Help software development teams apply Dart/Agile frameworks
Manage projects scopes and timelines
Coach team members in Agile/Dart frameworks
Promote and manage internal communication and collaboration
Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
Resolve conflicts
Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards
Guide development teams to higher Flutter maturity

Requirements

Experience with Flutter (Senior mobile developer with experience as Tech Lead or Scrum Master)
Degree in Computer Science or similar field
Fluent English
Familiarity with software development (Agile/Dart)
Strong foundations in object-oriented programming languages
Scrum master certification is a plus
Excellent communication and leadership skills
