Responsibilities

• Support and develop processes for Flash machines, ovens, and high-temperature testing equipment (HT Testing)
• Ensure technical stability and continuous optimization of manufacturing processes
• Monitor and improve KPIs
• Analyze technical downtimes, identify root causes, and eliminate them
• Actively participate in development projects
• Close collaboration with the international competence center (CoC), development teams, and external suppliers
• Create and maintain process documentation

Requirements

• Higher education degree in electrical, mechanical, mechatronics, process engineering, or similar fields
• Experience in HT Testing, Oven, and Flashing/Contacting technologies
• Confident English language skills
• Knowledge of design software (e.g., SolidWorks, Solid Edge)
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Lean mindset and continuous improvement approach
• Structured, analytical problem-solving skills
• Independent, proactive work style, and good communication skills
