About the Position
Foot & Ankle Sales Associate - Indianapolis, IN
Join Stryker as a Foot & Ankle Sales Associate in Indianapolis, IN. Gain hands-on experience in medical device sales and support surgeons with product knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Support surgical procedures by ensuring products, instruments, and implants are available and prepared for case coverage.
- Educate surgeons, nurses, and operating room staff on product use, functionality, updates, and best practices.
- Conduct customer visits within the assigned territory to support account needs and identify sales opportunities.
- Partner with Sales Representatives to develop relationships with healthcare providers and support territory growth objectives.
- Promote Foot & Ankle products by presenting product features, functionality, and differentiators to customers.
- Manage inventory levels, build and maintain surgical instrument sets, and ensure product availability for customer demand.
- Process customer purchase orders and support accurate documentation and invoicing activities.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, healthcare industry regulations, and applicable federal, state, and local requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; OR
- Associate degree or healthcare-related certification (such as Certified Surgical Technologist, Physical Therapy certification, or similar) and minimum 2 years of professional or related experience; OR
- High school diploma and minimum 4 years of professional or related experience; OR
- Minimum 4 years of active-duty military service.
- Ability to relocate anywhere within the United States upon successful completion of the training program.
