Responsibilities

As a Tracking Operator, you will:

• Co-manage and support events such as LALIGA EA SPORTS games
• Validate automatically collected sports statistics (shots, passes, etc.) for KINEXON
• Monitor the KINEXON system on match days
• Ensure data and metrics are accurate and reliable

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A strong interest in football and sports
• Basic knowledge of technology (computers and networks)
• Experience with sports statistics (ideally with scouting experience)
• Flexibility to work primarily on weekends according to the match schedule (Main match days: FR, SA, SO, MO)
• Team player mentality, willing to contribute your own ideas and experiences

Framework Conditions

• Preferred employment as a freelancer or within a Minijob
• Presence in our Munich office (multiple screens, stable internet connection, etc.)
• Working hours: Match times according to the match schedule (orientation to kickoff times including 30 minutes preparation)
• Start: immediately
• Duration: One season + option for continuation
