We are seeking a Fördermittelberater / EU-Fördermittelberater to join our team in Cologne, specializing in national and EU funding programs.
Responsibilities
- Research national funding programs and EU grants for investments, research, innovation, and digitalization.
- Evaluate project ideas, funding prerequisites, cost items, and timelines to develop suitable funding approaches.
- Create and revise project descriptions, financing plans, and application documents in collaboration with clients.
- Coordinate information, evidence, and inquiries between companies, the law firm, and funding agencies.
- Monitor application deadlines and document project progress; coordinate legal matters with the law firm's attorneys.
- Work at the intersection of business consulting, project financing, and legally supported funding advice, combining the search for suitable subsidies with concrete work on company projects.
Requirements
- A background in economics, law, engineering, or a comparable field.
- Analytical thinking, a structured approach, and enthusiasm for working with different business models.
- Excellent written German skills and the ability to present complex projects clearly and convincingly.
- Reliable communication with clients and meticulous handling of numbers, documents, and deadlines.
- Experience in funding advice, EU grant advice, project financing, or application submission is welcome; as are good English skills for European programs.
