About the Position

We are seeking a Forecast Analyst to join our team in Pune, India, to ensure accurate demand planning and forecasting.

Responsibilities

Foresee business evolutions impacting demand forecast at a detailed level, on a 0 to 18 months horizon, by interacting with region Sales and Marketing to propose an accurate demand plan.
Ensures collected data and current demand cleansing and accuracy before elaborating forecast.
Influences/challenges stakeholders to validate the proposed forecasts, based on qualitative and quantitative analyses.
Implements demand collaboration with customers.
Elaborates phase-in/phase-out demand forecast by collaborating with region sales.
Elaborates scenarios to establish monthly, quarterly, and annual demand forecasts using the existing models.
Elaborates the mix to feed the S&OP.
Steers demand forecast accuracy and applies corrective action plans.
Reconciles forecast variance analysis with business trends and recommends progress plans to the organization.
Disaggregates demand plan based on the mix to feed operations.
Maintains mix elaboration process maturity and facilitates the progress plan.
