We are looking for a forestry manager, a person who cares about the enhancement and sustainable management of forests, protected areas, and Natura 2000 sites in the context of the Lombardy region (Italy). A colleague to support the managing bodies in developing innovative projects for biodiversity conservation, adaptation to climate change, and enhancement of ecosystem services.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance forests, protected areas, and Natura 2000 sites in Lombardy
• Support managing bodies in developing innovative projects for biodiversity conservation
• Focus on adaptation to climate change and enhancement of ecosystem services

Requirements

• Expertise in forestry management
• Strong background in biodiversity conservation
• Experience in climate change adaptation
