About the Position

Roslagens Sparbank, one of Sweden's 55 local savings banks, operates in and for Roslagen. Our vision is "An attractive and open Roslagen in growth" and together with our four foundations, we strive for economic, ecological, and social sustainability for our customers and society at large. We are an independent savings bank without shareholders where all decisions are made in Roslagen. The fact that we have no shareholders allows us to distribute part of our profits to our four foundations, which use the money for what we call "social benefit." Since the foundations were established, the bank has allocated over 160 million SEK to social benefit-something we are proud of and an important factor in why those of us working at Roslagens Sparbank have chosen to work here!

We have a business volume of approximately 40 million SEK, about 100 employees, and our 49,000 private and corporate customers can meet us at any of our 4 offices, our own telephone bank, or via mobile or internet banking. Responsibilities

• Provide qualified occupational pension advice to companies.
• Provide qualified advice on life insurance.
• Provide qualified advice on pension transfers and withdrawal planning for corporate and private customers.
• Drive sales with personal goals.
• Proactively responsible for existing occupational pension customers.
• Prospect corporate customers without an occupational pension plan.
• Contribute to achieving the team's sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements

• A strong personal drive and willingness to do business.
• In-depth knowledge of the life insurance field-laws and agreements.
• Good knowledge of corporate finance and small companies.
• Experience in qualified occupational pension advice.
• Be structured and proactive.
• Be a team player-collaborate with account managers, Private Banking, and Premium.
• Be a good communicator-able to express yourself well in speech and writing.
• Be an ambassador for Life & Pension locally.

Formal requirements for the role: Swedsec advisor license, IDD Specialist license for insurance, or equivalent. Academic background is meritorious but can be replaced by relevant experience.
