About the Position
We're seeking a Forward Deployed Engineering Manager, Generative AI, Google Cloud to lead our AI projects in Warszawa, Poland. This role is pivotal in driving our AI initiatives forward, ensuring seamless integration and deployment of generative AI solutions on Google Cloud.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of engineers focused on generative AI projects.
- Oversee the deployment and integration of AI solutions on Google Cloud.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI projects with business goals.
- Ensure the development and maintenance of scalable and efficient AI systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in engineering management, specifically in AI and cloud technologies.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with generative AI frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Google Cloud services and infrastructure.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
