About Me

I’m the founder and CEO of a remote-first tech company that builds and launches software startups and SaaS products. I manage multiple projects at once and need someone I can trust to think independently, handle tasks, communicate with the team, and support me in product-related work.

I live a health-conscious lifestyle, value fitness, alternative wellness, and natural supplements - and I’d love to work with someone who shares these values and can keep up with the fast-paced startup world.

About the Role

This is not a traditional assistant role. I’m looking for someone proactive and strategic - someone who cares about productivity, clarity, communication, and health. You’ll help manage my workflow, handle follow-ups, coordinate with the team, and gradually grow into a key part of our internal operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as my right-hand person: stay on top of projects and deadlines
• Send follow-ups, schedule calls, and summarize updates
• Prepare short reports, to-do lists, or reminders
• Join Zoom calls and take notes when needed
• Organize Notion or ClickUp tasks
• Communicate with remote teams (developers, designers, clients)
• Occasionally research health or wellness products or trends (optional)

Requirements

• Ukrainian based in the U.S.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Proactive, structured, and able to work independently
• A great communicator (Telegram, Email, Zoom, etc.)
• Comfortable with basic tools (Notion, ClickUp, Google Docs)
• Someone who goes to the gym, cares about health, self-growth, and alternative medicine/supplements
• Not afraid to take initiative, remind the founder, or offer better ways to organize work

Bonus if you:

• Are interested in product management or startups
• Have basic design or tech knowledge
• Have experience in wellness, health coaching, or supplements
• Are curious and love learning

Time & Pay

• 15–25 hours/week
• Flexible hours (as long as we overlap a bit daily)
• Paid hourly or monthly depending on your availability
• Potential to grow into a bigger role (Product Assistant or Operations Lead)
