Founders Associate Intern (m/f/d)

Join Mercanis as a Founders Associate Intern and gain a 360°-insight into the daily operations of a fast-growing SaaS company in Berlin.

Responsibilities

Strategic Orchestrator: Work closely with our management to prepare growth initiatives and strategic decisions.
Innovation Steward: Take responsibility for strategically significant projects, from ideation through validation to operational implementation.
Operational Maestro: Optimize core processes, define performance metrics, and create the operational infrastructure for strong growth.
Project Pioneer: Independently lead projects, coordinate with relevant stakeholders, and present data-driven results.
Versatility Virtuoso: Contribute valuable insights to product development, process implementation, customer development, and sales.
Market Maven: Conduct targeted research on markets, customer needs, and competitors to support strategic priorities.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in or have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
Initial professional experience in demanding, fast-paced environments (e.g., consulting, investment banking, high-growth startups).
Proactive with a self-starter mentality, strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and a pragmatic, hands-on approach.
Enthusiasm for tackling complex business situations and maintaining a cool head under pressure.
Fluent in both English and German.

Additional experience in procurement or related fields.
