Job description
Founder’s Associate - “Swiss Knives”
About the Position
Are you looking for a project where you can truly grow and make a difference through your work?
Hi, I'm Oriol Fuertes (In), Founder and CEO of Qida.
Eight years ago, I decided to create Qida after working for 10 years at McKinsey, trying to improve the Health and Social Care Systems of the United Kingdom and Spain. I realized that making a real change would be easier from a private, social-impact company working alongside the public sector, and that’s how Qida was born.
Today, we are already 360 people working at Qida with a clear mission: to make the Social and Health Care Systems of European countries sustainable. We are a Series B startup, and we are in a phase of massive growth. So much so, that we need to build a talent bench, a bench of future C-level executives. That is why we are looking for 3 "Swiss Army Knives" who want to join Qida and, in return, get an accelerated professional career.
Responsibilities
- Lead diverse projects, from defining new business opportunities to helping negotiate new agreements, transforming an entire BU, and building analytical models to identify changes in the caregiver recruitment process.
- Work directly with Qida executives on priority company projects that move the needle.
Requirements
- High communication skills.
- High Intelligence (analytical, conceptual, emotional).
- Mix of junior profiles (4 years of experience) and more senior profiles (10+ years of experience).
We Offer
- Permanent, full-time contract in a growing sector.
- Hybrid working model: 2 days in the office and 3 days working remotely.
- 3 weeks of remote work per year from wherever you want.
- 23 days of annual leave + your birthday off.
- Benefits and flexible compensation: Access to perks and discounts on health insurance with Adeslas, as well as access to Payflow.
- Qida Connect: Office activities that bring us together, including sports classes, activities, breakfasts, Pizza Days and after-work events, as well as QidaDay once a year and QidaParties!
About the Company
