Founding Product Manager

Responsibilities
- Enterprise discovery: Run structured conversations with customers and prospects across banking, insurance, pharma, and public sector to surface what they actually need, not just what they ask.
- Qualitative synthesis: Turn scattered signals (sales calls, support tickets, PoC sessions, customer Slack channels) into insights the whole team can act on.
- Roadmap & prioritization: Own a prioritized roadmap that balances strategic accounts, technical debt, and long-term bets, and can defend the tradeoffs behind it.
- Feature follow-through: Track features end-to-end, from discovery and spec to build, launch, and adoption, closing the loop with the customers who asked for them.
- Hands-on design: Contribute directly to UX and interaction design where needed. At our size, product and design aren’t fully separable functions yet.
- Cross-functional glue: Be the connective tissue between the commercial team (who need to close deals), engineering (who need focus), and customers (who need to see progress).
- Product metrics: Define and track adoption, usage, and satisfaction, by account and by feature.
Requirements
- 3-4 years in Product Management in enterprise B2B software.
- A track record of running discovery with technical and non-technical stakeholders (compliance, risk, operations).
- The ability to turn ambiguous qualitative input into concrete product decisions.
- Comfort with UX/interaction design fundamentals: you can sketch a flow or critique a screen, even if you’re not a full-time designer.
- Strong written communication: you can spec something engineering can build without back-and-forth.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
- Very fluent with AI tools day-to-day (LLMs, coding/design copilots, AI-native research and productivity tools), you use them naturally to move faster, not just to talk about them.
- A zero-to-one mindset. You’re the first product hire, there’s no playbook yet, you build it.
- Experience with AI/ML products, model evaluation, observability, infra, or developer tools.
Nice to Have
- Experience in regulated industries (banking, insurance, pharma, public sector).
- Experience at a Series A stage startup, comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
